Indian Curry

Indian curry is a rich, aromatic dish that embodies the diverse flavours of Indian cuisine. Made with a base of onions, tomatoes, and a medley of spices such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam masala, curry can vary widely in taste, from mild and creamy to spicy and tangy. Its versatility allows it to be prepared with a range of ingredients, including vegetables, chicken, lamb, or fish.

Each region in India has its unique take on curry, from the coconut-based curries of South India to the creamy, yoghurt-infused curries of the North. Popular versions include butter chicken, rogan josh, vindaloo, and vegetable korma, each showcasing different textures and spice levels.

Indian curry is often served with rice, naan, or roti, making it a satisfying and hearty meal. Its bold, fragrant flavours and adaptability make it a cherished dish both within India and around the world.
