Paneer

Paneer, a soft and fresh Indian cheese, is a staple in vegetarian cuisine due to its mild flavour and versatility. Made by curdling milk with an acid like lemon juice, paneer is a non-melting cheese that retains its shape when cooked, making it ideal for various dishes.

From rich curries like paneer butter masala to grilled delights like tandoori paneer, this cheese absorbs flavours beautifully, acting as a blank canvas for spices and sauces. Paneer is also commonly used in stir-fries, salads, and snacks such as paneer tikka.

Rich in protein and calcium, paneer is highly nutritious, making it a favourite among vegetarians. Its soft texture and ability to blend with both savoury and sweet dishes make it a beloved ingredient in Indian kitchens, offering wholesome goodness and versatility to a wide range of meals.
